Job summary

IB Abel is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing initiatives by coordinating projects, vendors, events, social media, marketing materials, and administrative processes.

The role requires 2+ years in marketing or related field, proficiency with Canva, Hootsuite, and Adobe Creative, and a collaborative, can-do attitude. Local to York, PA with travel to other offices and sites, with flexibility to work from home when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred in Marketing/Communications
• 2+ years marketing/communications experience
• Experience with Canva, Hootsuite, and Adobe Creative
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Local to York, PA with travel to other offices and sites
• Can-do attitude and collaborative work style

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the marketing calendar and campaigns.
• Create, schedule, and publish social media content.
• Maintain website content and coordinate vendor updates.
• Coordinate sponsorships, donations, trade shows and events.
• Process marketing invoices and track expenses.
• Maintain project and photo library.
• Assist Brand Marketing Manager with presentations and collateral.
• Manage the online company store and employee marketing requests.
• Maintain marketing SOPs, templates, and document organization
