Qualifications

• Experience in home care or healthcare marketing strongly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
• Comfortable with field-based work and traveling throughout Essex County.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple accounts.
• Professional, polished, and reliable with strong follow-through.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular contact with referral sources such as hospitals, rehabs, assisted living facilities, case managers, social workers, and organizations.
• Conduct routine field visits to ensure partners feel supported and valued.
• Assist Senior Marketer by managing territory or partner groups.
• Identify new referral opportunities and expand presence in Essex County.
• Track outreach, referral trends, and account performance using CRM or internal systems.
• Support intake and onboarding by communicating referral details to internal teams.
• Attend community events and health fairs to promote services.
• Deliver marketing materials, maintain inventory, ensure brand consistency.
• Provide weekly updates and reports on account activity, challenges, opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing team to execute campaigns and growth plans.

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, relationship‑driven Marketing Coordinator to support our current marketer and help manage a growing network of referral sources. Our agency has an established presence in Essex County with a large volume of accounts that require consistent follow‑up, nurturing, and development. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in maintaining existing relationships, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring our referral partners receive exceptional service and communication.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the field, enjoys building rapport, and can balance both administrative and outreach responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain regular contact with existing referral sources, including hospitals, rehabs, assisted living facilities, case managers, social workers, and community organizations

• Assist the Senior Marketer in managing a high volume of accounts by taking ownership of designated territories or partner groups
