Join Advisor Employee Services as a Marketing Coordinator in Largo, MD. This is a full-time, mid-senior level position with a base pay range of $60,000 to $70,000 per year.

About the Role

We are seeking a creative, sales-minded, and strategy-driven individual passionate about marketing and client communication. Your primary responsibility will be to grow a sales pipeline by developing comprehensive marketing strategies and setting appointments for a top national Financial Advisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute email marketing, lead nurturing, direct mail, telemarketing, and coordinate speaking engagements and other marketing activities to generate high-quality leads.
  • Communicate regularly with the CEO to ensure marketing efforts meet targets.
  • Coordinate with the FMO marketing department and third-party vendors.
  • Maintain marketing materials and inventory.
  • Create content for social media, blogs, and newsletters.
  • Manage social media interactions and online appointment scheduling.
  • Collect data and prepare reports for analysis.
Minimum Requirements
  • Desire to work long-term in the financial industry.
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing or sales roles.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite; ability to learn new software quickly.
Skills Needed
  • Strong campaign execution skills with attention to detail.
  • Creativity, excellent work ethic, and communication skills.

Benefits and Hours
  • Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually.
