Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in marketing preferred but not required.
• No prior professional experience required—entry-level position.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort learning new software and social media platforms.
• Reliable transportation for occasional local outreach events, if applicable to the role.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of Breakthrough Behavioral’s marketing, outreach, and community engagement activities under leadership.
• Assist with creating and scheduling social media content, flyers, and outreach materials promoting agency services.
• Maintain and update marketing materials, brochures, and community resource lists.
• Provide general clerical and administrative support, including filing, data entry, correspondence, and scheduling.
• Answer phones, greet visitors, and route inquiries to the appropriate staff member.
• Assist with maintaining office supplies, mailings, and basic recordkeeping.
• Support coordination of outreach events, vendor fairs, and partnership meetings.
• Track and report on outreach activities and referral-source contacts as directed by the supervisor.
• Assist with preparing correspondence, reports, and presentation materials for leadership.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and business information consistent with HIPAA and agency policy.
• Perform other clerical and marketing support duties as assigned.
