Job summary

Patton Creative Group is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to help bring marketing campaigns to life for a client in the logistics and route-based space. You'll gain hands-on experience with content creation, campaign support, and the day-to-day details that keep a marketing team running smoothly.

This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career and is based in Brentwood, TN with on-site collaboration 4–5 days a week and occasional work-from-home flexibility as you ramp up.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of marketing experience.
• Familiar with Canva and email platforms (Mailchimp or similar).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Sr. Marketing Manager to align marketing strategy with business goals.
• Create and edit content in the client's brand voice, not a template.
• Execute campaigns across email, social media, and website updates.
• Maintain content calendars, timelines, and deliverables.
• Track campaign performance and optimize based on insights.
• Assist with on-site event coordination and day-of execution.
• Be a reliable teammate who follows through on details.
