Job summary

ARCO Companies is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing department and execute the marketing plan for construction projects. The role emphasizes collaboration with internal teams and a proactive, results-driven mindset.

The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications or related field, and strong organizational and communication skills. Canva and Adobe Creative Suite familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1-5 years' of relevant experience.
• Must be extremely organized, detailed-oriented and work well with and without processes.
• Enjoys problem-solving, is resourceful, and can synthesize insights from analysis into action.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of associates.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute national job site requests (signage, events, sell sheets, surveys).
• Assist in creating, executing, and marketing firm-wide culture initiatives (events, social media, newsletters).
• Plan and execute client, project, and industry events; manage materials, vendors, and promotions.
• Work with videographer and clients on project highlight videos from ideation through promotion.
• Organize templates for proposals, email campaigns, and sales decks.
