Job summary

Forvis Mazars US Executive Search Practice is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives. You will coordinate timelines, assets, approvals, and stakeholder communications to ensure deadlines are met, while gathering product information and assets from suppliers and internal teams.

You will develop content for websites, emails, social media, and presentations, collaborating with designers to deliver projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related field.
• Working knowledge of digital marketing, email campaigns, social media and website content.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and time management.
• Stakeholder management with ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Experience in interiors, housewares, retail, or product-focused industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
• Coordinate timelines, assets, approvals, and stakeholder communications to meet deadlines.
• Gather product information, imagery, and marketing assets from suppliers and internal teams.
• Prepare briefs communicating product features and requirements clearly.
• Develop content for websites, email campaigns, social media, presentations, and sales tools.
• Collaborate with designers and marketing teammates to deliver projects on schedule.
• Assist with website updates, email marketing, social media, and campaign reporting.
• Support events, product training, retailer materials, and other marketing initiatives.
