Morgan Distributing, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our Decatur, IL team. This in-house role supports outbound and inbound marketing across locations, focusing on campaigns, promotions, and sales support with a creative mindset and supplier collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in marketing, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to analyze market trends. Travel may be required; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of marketing or advertising experience.
• Hands-on experience developing campaigns and promotions.
• Proven ability to work both independently and as a team member.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong adherence to deadlines and budget guidelines.
• Self-starting attitude with initiative.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing director in delivering programs that meet company and client objectives.
• Assist with campaigns, promotions, and sales support to drive brand awareness.
• Develop marketing materials and coordinate timelines for drives and events.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to stay competitive.
• Research market trends and share insights with the team.
