Job summary

Pediatrics Plus is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to work with the Marketing Team to promote the company and support growth in our pediatric care services. The role involves planning promotional activities, analyzing referrals, and coordinating location-specific campaigns and events.

The candidate will represent Pediatrics Plus at community events, manage materials, and assist in developing location-based marketing strategies. Travel is required, and a strong communication skillset is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Marketing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Marketing team to develop promotional ideas.
• Understand preschool enrollment and therapy projections.
• Analyze referrals related to marketing.
• Submit creative requests and manage weekly reporting.
• Develop and implement location-specific marketing strategies.
• Represent Pediatrics Plus at local marketing events, including evenings and weekends.
• Organize location-specific weekly doctor visits with materials and relationship building.
• Support location-specific sponsorships and community partnerships.

What you will do:

• Work with the Marketing Team to develop creative ways to promote the company.
• Understand preschool enrollment and therapy projections.
• Analyze referrals as related to marketing.
• Fulfill weekly reporting requests.
• Submit creative requests.
• Assist in developing and implementing location specific marketing strategies for Pediatrics Plus.
• Responsible for attending location specific marketing events and work to promote those events, as well as organize all marketing materials to be given at each event. (This will include nights and weekends).
• Responsible for organizing location specific weekly doctor visits, including food delivery, marketing materials, and relationship building.
• Responsible for organizing location specific sponsorships.
• Responsible for applying for location specific business awards.
• Ensure Pediatrics Plus has a working relationship with other businesses, local influencers, mom/parent groups, churches, and chambers in assigned locations and surrounding communities.
• Attend location specific business functions as a representative of Pediatrics Plus for the purpose of networking and making connections within the community.
• Work to be a face for Pediatrics Plus by visiting location specific neighboring businesses, doctors and specialists, acting as the boots on the ground liaison.
• Participate in weekly team meetings, weekly 1-on-1s, and annual performance reviews for professional development and growth.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferred.
• Experience working in Marketing, preferred.
