HDR is seeking a motivated Marketing Coordinator to support the Northern California Transportation team. This role focuses on coordinating proposals, content marketing, and client communications to strengthen HDR's brand in transportation projects across the region.
Based in Walnut Creek, the coordinator will manage multiple projects, assist with plan development, and help implement growth initiatives aligned with HDR's strategic direction.

HDR is looking for a motivated, high-energy Marketing Coordinator to join and support our Northern California Transportation team. From designing resilient highways and iconic bridges to advancing transit, passenger and freight rail, aviation, federal transportation ports and marine infrastructure, your work will directly support economic vitality, public safety, sustainable and resilient communities and quality of life. We bring together planners, engineers, architects, construction management staff, environmental, strategic communications, economists, management consultants and specialists across disciplines to solve complex mobility challenges with innovation, technical excellence, and a deep understanding of community needs.
