Craniologie is a growing specialty retailer in the heart of the Colorado mountains. We outfit skiers, riders, and cyclists across our stores in Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, and Frisco, and we serve customers nationwide through our online shop. We carry the brands people in the outdoor and ski/bike world trust, and we pair that gear with the kind of in-person expertise you can only get from a true specialty shop.
As we grow our store footprint and our e-commerce business, we are building a marketing function that can keep pace. That is where this role comes in.
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who wants to touch every part of marketing. This is a generalist position built for someone early in their marketing career who is hungry to learn, takes pride in clean execution, and wants to grow fast.
You will work directly with our CMO as the execution arm of the marketing function. The CMO sets strategy and direction. You bring it to life across social, content, email, e-commerce, influencer, events, and in-store. If you want a single role where you get hands‑on experience with the full marketing toolkit instead of being boxed into one channel, this is it.
This is also a genuine way into the outdoor, ski, and bike industry. You will learn the brands, the seasons, the customer, and the rhythm of specialty retail from the inside. Willingness to learn matters more to us than years of experience.
Your work will span the full mix. On any given week you might:
Ideally you live in Summit County or the Vail Valley, or you are planning to move there. If you are based in the Denver metro area, you should be willing and able to make frequent trips to our store locations and to support events near them, such as the GoPro Mountain Games in the summer and resort‑area events through the winter season.
None of these are dealbreakers. We will teach the right person. But it helps if you bring some of:
Room to build your career as we expand our stores and online business.
401(k) Available
Retirement savings options to help you plan for the long run.
Annual Ski Pass
A season pass so you can live the lifestyle you sell.
Health Insurance
Coverage that supports you year‑round.
Paid Time Off
Time to rest, travel, and recharge.
Work-Life Balance
A team culture that values balance, and pow days.
