Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years in field marketing, event coordination, or marketing operations in tech.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Proficient with CRM, webinar, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in strategic planning and execution of field marketing events and traditional campaigns.
  • Coordinate logistical aspects for client-hosted events with marketing leadership and sales.
  • Manage marketing calendars and track campaign deadlines.
  • Support creation of registration pages, shipping, and campaign setup.
  • Track and report campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Maintain marketing assets and collateral libraries with brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to produce marketing materials.

What You'll Do:
  • Assist in the strategic planning and flawless execution of field marketing events and traditional marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate all logistical aspects for client-hosted events, collaborating closely with marketing leadership and sales teams to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Manage comprehensive marketing calendars, meticulously tracking progress and ensuring all campaign deadlines are met.
  • Support the creation of registration pages, coordinate giveaway shipping, and facilitate overall campaign setup.
  • Track and report on campaign performance using various analytics tools, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain and organize marketing assets and collateral libraries, ensuring easy access and brand consistency.
  • Collaborate effectively with external vendors and internal creative teams to produce high-quality marketing materials that align with brand guidelines across all channels.
What You'll Bring:
Must Have:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in field marketing, event coordination, or marketing operations within the technology industry.
  • Language Skills: English (required).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing tools such as CRM platforms, webinar platforms, and reporting software.
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, demonstrated ability to multitask and manage projects from inception to completion, and a collaborative approach to working in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Have:
  • Ability to build processes and leverage AI tools to enhance marketing execution.
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
  • Experience supporting product launches or go-to-market initiatives.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and content management system (CMS) tools.
  • Understanding of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
