Job summary

Aegis Living is seeking a Marketing Coordinator in the Seattle area to support the Marketing Director and drive sales across the lodge community. You will help create a superior move-in experience, conduct tours that close new resident enrollments, and plan engaging events for residents and families.

You will manage relationships with sister communities, track activities in Yardi, and participate in regular management meetings.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales or administrative experience.
• A 4-year college degree and at least 2 years of related experience; or a 2-year college degree and at least 4 years of related experience.
• Must possess highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Able to manage multiple tasks with strong organizational and presentation skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license in the applicable state.
• Must be willing to take a TB test.

Responsibilities

• Support prospective families with the move-in process, creating a 'Wow' experience.
• Conduct tours of the community with prospective families and close sales.
• Plan and execute community and family events inside and outside the community.
• Record all sales activity within the CRM tool (Yardi).
• Develop relationships with sister communities to encourage referrals.
• Attend daily/weekly/monthly meetings as required by management.
• Develop knowledge of operations and care in the community to explain to families.
• Deliver service excellence in the customer experience and with residents.
• Maintain open communications with internal departments to achieve initiatives.
• Assist with model room and respite room setups.
• Travel for outside sales calls and industry events.

Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a Marketing Coordinator. The Marketing Coordinator role will the support the Marketing Director as well as participate in the overall sales and marketing efforts for Aegis Living Lodge community. The intention is to achieve optimal census and revenue targets through the following sales related activities: creating a "Wow" move-in experience for new residents, conducting sales tours when necessary, planning community events, engagement with existing residents and tracking sales activities. Marketing Coordinators should have a strong desire to grow their career in sales and strive to move into the Marketing Director role.

Responsibilities

Job Duties & Functions:

• Support prospective families with the move-in process, creating a "Wow" experience
• Conduct tours of the community with prospective families with the ability to close the sale resulting in new resident move-ins
• Execute various community events and family events both inside and outside of the community
• Record all sales activity within the CRM tool (Yardi)
• Develop strong relationships with sister communities to encourage referral activities
• Attend and/or conduct daily/weekly/monthly meetings and any other functions required by management
• Develop a full working knowledge of operations, nursing and care in the community, with the ability to articulate to families during the move-in process
• Deliver service excellence throughout the perspective customer experience as well as ongoing with existing residents
• Maintains professional working relationship and promotes open lines of communications to achieve initiatives with other internal departments
• Assist with model room and respite room setups
• Travel as necessary for outside sales calls, industry events

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

• At least 1 year of sales or administrative experience, experience working in a service-related industry desired, experience working in hospitality sales and/or health care sales is a plus
• A 4-year college degree and at least 2 years of related experience; or a 2-year college degree and at least 4 years of related experience
• Must possess highly developed verbal and written communication skills
• Must be proficient in general computer knowledge, primarily with Microsoft Office products and various CRM tools
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks, strong organizational and presentations skills
• Must have a valid driver's license in the applicable state
• Must be willing to take a 2-step TB test
