Responsibilities

• Use photography and video skills to develop content for internal and external communications.
• Oversee donor and client social media networks by monitoring PPC content and audience response.
• Work with the Graphic Designer and Creative Lead to create content for social media networks.
• Contribute to PPC content creation, including researching and documenting client success stories and blog writing.
• Ensure client permission is granted for use of client names, stories, photographs, and video.
• Maintain clear communication and confidentiality with every client.
• Adhere to HIPAA protocol with all client information.
• Assist with marketing projects by researching vendors for marketing or fundraising projects, setting up for events, helping create, source and stock printed materials, and assisting with internal/external events and tours.

Job Details: Job Location: Prestonwood Pregnancy Center - Richardson, TX 75080, Position Type: Full-Time, Education Level: College Preferred, Job Category: Admin - Clerical, Provides marketing support to the Prestonwood Pregnancy Center ("PPC") through social media and content creation, and interfaces with clients, potential clients, visitors, partner organizations and donors.

Responsibilities:

• Use photography and video skills to develop content for internal and external communications

Qualifications: Requirements:

• Growing relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior as an active member of a Bible believing and preaching ministry


• Passionate about the mission of PPC


• Pro-life in word and pro-love in action


• College degree preferred


• Experience with social media


• Model excellence in all areas; including dress code, communication, attitude, promptness, and cleanliness


• Excellent people skills


• Excellent communication and organizational skills


• Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office products


• Proficient in Canva, Adobe a plus


• Proficient photography and video editing required


• Ability to work Monday - Friday schedule with flexibility to work one evening per week and one to two Saturdays per month as needed


• Ablility to work at a desk with a computer screen for extended periods of time, occasionally perform physical activities that require moving one's whole body, such as walking, stooping, lifting, pushing/pulling a cart, and able to lift up to 20 Ibs.
