Your Role:

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive and collaborative Marketing Coordinator with a strong background in design to join our Marketing Team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in executing digital marketing campaigns for our insurance products and quoting platforms, creating and refining visual content, streamlining team processes, and supporting strategic alignment between our marketing, sales and underwriting teams. You will learn how to compare campaign performance to submission activity and collaborate with other members of the Marketing team with the goal of driving submission activity and generating growth among our customers.

This is a great opportunity for a strong communicator and strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys blending analytical and creative tasks to deliver successful marketing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management & Campaign Execution: Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns and content initiatives to ensure high-quality execution between marketing and other internal teams
  • Digital marketing tools: Use platforms such as HubSpot, WordPress and Adobe Creative Suite to develop content, manage data and implement changes for digital marketing
  • Design and content creation: Support marketing campaigns through the creation and refinement of visual assets, including social media graphics, email templates, digital flyers, and web content. Leverage Adobe Creative Suite tools to ensure brand consistency and visual quality across all deliverables.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between the Marketing team and other internal departments and collaborate with sales and underwriting to support lead generation, campaign follow-up and promotional strategies
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign metrics and key performance indicators and develop reports and dashboards to showcase trends, performance and highlight impact on our business goals
What You’ll Bring:
  • Organizations skills: Excellent time management, communication and attention to detail
  • Marketing Design Skills: Experience creating visual marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong understanding of brand consistency and digital content design.
  • Decision making skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Collaboration and communication skills: Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and effectively communicate ideas and strategies
Qualifications:
  • 2–3 years of experience in marketing, communications or a related field, with hands‑on design experience creating visual assets as part of a marketing or creative team
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing platforms such as HubSpot
  • Experience with project management and basic performance metrics reporting
  • Prior exposure to working as or with insurance, sales or marketing professionals is a plus
  • Please note: As part of the hiring process, applicants will be asked to provide a portfolio or samples of their marketing design work
