Job summary

Langan Engineering & Environmental Services in Parsippany, NJ, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support proposals, qualifications, and presentations and to research business development opportunities across the firm.

You will collaborate with colleagues across multiple offices and time zones in a virtual/hybrid environment, partnering with architects, developers, attorneys, and other consultants to drive growth and market visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• Internship or professional experience within the real estate, architectural, engineering or construction industry.
• Experience with PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat/Reader, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator software programs.
• Ability to self-manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deliverables.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and editing skills.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, multitasking, and judgment capabilities.
• Ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals, qualifications, and presentations from concept through completion.
• Edit and create graphic materials and project resumes for RFQs, RFPs, and other marketing efforts.
• Coordinate, track, and support business development and marketing activities.

Job Summary

Langan is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join its collaborative team in Parsippany, NJ. This individual will serve a key role in preparing proposals, qualifications, and presentations, researching business development opportunities, and supporting marketing initiatives across the firm. In this role, you will have the opportunity to be part of a national business development and marketing team, collaborating effectively with colleagues across multiple offices and time zones in a virtual and hybrid work environment. You will partner with the firm's employees and leadership, as well as architects, construction management firms, developers, attorneys, and other consultants to help drive the firm's growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Effectively prepares, assists with, and tracks proposals, statements of qualifications, requests for quotations and pricing, and other marketing collateral from concept through completion;
• Composes, edits, and creates graphic materials and prepares staff resumes and project experience information for RFQs, RFPs, and other marketing efforts;
• Coordinates, tracks, and supports the firm's business development and marketing activities;
• Maintains highly organized proposal, project, and marketing information, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and supporting materials are effectively managed and easily accessible;
• Proactively gathers information from technical staff, leadership, and internal systems to identify requirements, anticipate needs, and keep marketing initiatives moving forward;
• Collaborates effectively with a geographically dispersed team, building relationships and coordinating efforts across multiple offices in a virtual environment;
• Supports coordination and communication among regional and national marketing team members to promote consistency, knowledge sharing, and successful project delivery;
• Assists in the coordination of trade shows, conferences, client events, and special events;
• Designs schedules and coordinates meetings, events, and appointments to ensure successful execution and adherence to deadlines; and
• Performs other duties as requested.

Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as related work experience, location, market conditions, education/training, certifications and other credentials, as well as applicable knowledge and skills. Certain roles may be eligible for overtime and participation in the firm’s annual bonus and performance review program. Bonuses are discretionary and based on individual job performance and the profitability of the firm. Employees are also eligible to receive up to 20 days of paid vacation time, 10 days of paid sick time and 10 paid holidays throughout the year.
