Job summary

Lake Mac Casino Resort & Racetrack is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to help create memorable guest experiences by coordinating promotions, events, entertainment and marketing initiatives across the property.

You will manage social media, assist with email and direct mail campaigns, and work with teams to bring the brand to life while supporting guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building.
• Able to manage multiple projects with deadlines.
• Comfortable working independently and in a team.
• Experience with Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and X.
• Marketing, hospitality, events or customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays for promotions and events.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate casino promotions, giveaways and events across departments.
• Assist with planning and execution of entertainment and logistics.

• Coordinate casino promotions, giveaways and special events across multiple departments.
• Assist with the planning and execution of entertainment, including vendor coordination and event logistics.
• Build guest loyalty by maintaining relationships with players and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Manage and update social media channels, monitor online engagement and respond to guest interactions.
• Assist with email marketing campaigns and direct mail projects.
• Research competitor promotions and marketing trends.
• Collaborate with Shared Services Marketing to proof marketing materials, emails and mailers.
• Maintain promotional calendars, production lists and marketing communications.
• Update promotional displays and communicate marketing initiatives throughout the property.
• Represent Lake Mac Casino Resort & Racetrack at community events and promotional functions.
• Ensure compliance with Nebraska Racing and Gaming Commission regulations and company policies.

What We're Looking For

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service with the ability to build positive guest relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and X is preferred.
• Marketing, hospitality, events or customer service experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work occasional evenings, weekends and holidays for special events.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Nebraska Gaming License.
• Must successfully complete all required company training.
• Ability to comply with all company policies and Nebraska Racing and Gaming Commission regulations.

Schedule

Monday-Friday with flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays for promotions, entertainment and special events as needed.

Pay

$19.50 per hour
