TALENT Software Services in Newark, NJ seeks a Marketing Production Support specialist to assist the Clean Energy Solutions marketing group with a complex multi-channel plan. You will help manage production workflows and ensure brand consistency across assets.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in marketing or communications and 2–3 years in a marketing environment, plus strong writing and QA/QC capabilities. You will work in-office two to three days per week.

Job Summary:

This position will provide logistical and production-side support to the marketing group within the Clean Energy Solutions (CES) organization, servicing the commercial and industrial energy efficiency portfolio and assisting in the delivery of a complex multi-channel marketing plan.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support production processes for a suite of B2B marketing assets, which could include paid media (i.e., banner ads, video, email, sponsored-content features, SEM), collateral (i.e., flyers, banners), case studies, website content, etc.
• Partner with internal stakeholders representing multiple business units, including corporate communications, legal, program staff, etc.
• Provide strategic marketing viewpoints and direction, participating in plan development and implementation activities.
• Ad hoc marketing support projects, as assigned.

Job-Specific Qualifications—Required:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications.
• Professional history of two or three years in a marketing or related-industry environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Strong organizational, communication, and writing skills. Excellent attention to detail; ability to perform rigorous QA/QC on marketing collateral.
• Demonstrated copyediting capabilities, with a background in upholding company brand and style standards.

Desired Qualifications:

• Familiarity with content production systems such as Wrike and monday.com.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience coordinating work items and associated deliverables across multiple internal business units, as well as vendor relations.
• Sufficient knowledge of energy efficiency and subsequent programmatic offerings/customer value propositions.

Location:

Client Newark Office—80 Park Plaza, Newark, NJ. Minimum in office two or three days per week, depending on business conditions.
