We are looking for a talented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communication, or a related field, along with a passion for marketing and a creative flair. This role will involve collaborating with the Product Marketing, Content Marketing, and Digital / Social Marketing leads to assist with graphic design work, event coordination, and general marketing tasks to help promote our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with Product Marketing, Content Marketing, and Digital / Social Marketing leads to develop and execute marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Assist with graphic design tasks, including creating visual assets for digital and print materials such as social media posts, website content, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate logistics for company events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and other marketing events.
• Collaborate with the Content Marketing lead to assist with content creation and copywriting for marketing materials, including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and press releases.
• Support the Digital / Social Marketing lead with tasks related to SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and marketing analytics.
• Conduct market research and analyze marketing data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Assist the marketing team with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the SaaS or tech industry.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
• Willingness to occasionally travel to support company events.

Preferred Requirements

• Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Pardot or Hubspot.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
