Job summary

Revlon Corporate seeks a detail-oriented professional to own marketing invoice processing and related financial workflows. You will manage high-volume invoices, validate codes, and ensure timely payments while coordinating with Finance, Procurement, and agency partners.

The role requires 0-2 years in a similar position, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office. Hybrid work from NY office several days per week with option for remote work on other days.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and own the invoice management process for Marketing, ensuring timely processing and issue resolution.
  • Handle high-volume invoice processing: receipt, validation, coding, payment status, and PO reconciliation.
  • Create and manage POs, TOAs, commitments, and spend across brands and initiatives.
  • Identify process improvements and automation opportunities in invoice, PO, and reconciliations.
  • Serve as liaison among Marketing, Finance, Procurement, AP, and agency partners to resolve issues.
  • Manage vendor setup and documentation; track payment status and aging invoices.
  • Coordinate team meetings, events, and leadership reviews; maintain calendars.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes for team calls.
  • Support invoice and travel/expense processing in Concur according to policy.

This role is a Hybrid Role: Employees are expected to work from our New York, NY office 3 days per week and may work remotely the remaining days

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible andprimary owner of the invoice management process for the Marketing organization, ensuringtimelyandaccurateprocessing, approval routing, payment tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Manage high-volume invoice processing, including invoice receipt, validation, coding, payment status monitoring, and reconciliation of vendor invoices against purchase orders and contracts.
  • Create, manage, and track purchase orders (POs), TOAs, commitments, and spend across brands and marketing initiatives.
  • Identifyprocess improvement and automation opportunities within invoice, PO, and reconciliation workflows.
  • Serve as the liaison between Marketing, Finance, Procurement, Accounts Payable, and agency partners to resolve invoice, PO, and payment issues.
  • Manage purchase order, invoice, accrual, and payment workflows within SAP, JDE, Concur, and related financial systems, ensuringaccuratecoding, reconciliation, reporting, and compliance with company policies and financial controls.
  • Manage new vendorsetupand documentation.
  • Track vendor payment status and proactively resolve aging invoices and payment disputes.
  • Coordinate team communications, department meetings, offsites, town halls, leadership reviews, training sessions, and key events.
  • ManageVP/SVP calendars and schedule meetings – including RSVPs/confirming attendees ahead of calls, IT attendance/set up, ability to lookaheadhighlighting opportunities for time optimization.
  • Maintain marketing calendars for training, events, awards, and future opportunities.
  • Coordinate scheduling of store tours, travelplansand agendas forVP/SVPs.
  • Prepare the agenda for meetings and take minutes for team calls.
  • Support the processing of invoices and travel/expense reports usingConcurworkflow system within the policies of the company.

The base pay range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000/ year; however base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and geographic location. Certain positions may also be eligible for short-term incentives as part of total compensation.

Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits. Employees are covered by the company-paid basic life insurance policy and company-paid short-term disability insurance (the benefit commences upon hire and allows for a portion of base salary for up to 26 weeks if you are disabled). Other benefits offered to employees include but are not limited to the following: long-term disability, supplemental life insurances, flexible spending accounts, critical illness insurance, group legal, identity theft protection, etc. Employees are also able to enroll in our 401k Retirement Savings Plan.

Employees will also receive 3 weeks of vacation, pro-rated based on date of hire for the 1st year of employment and twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Vacation will depend on role.
