One Senior Care is expanding its marketing efforts across Kentucky as part of Mountain View PACE family. We seek a Marketing Coordinator to grow participant communities by building awareness, strengthening relationships, and promoting our services throughout Pikeville, Corbin, Ashland, Hazard, and Morehead.

You will connect with referral sources, partners, and the public, inspiring trust and commitment to our mission while supporting events, campaigns, and communications that advance program

Qualifikationen

• Must have strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse communities.
• Experience in marketing, outreach, or public relations is preferred.
• Experience creating and sharing information through print, digital, or in-person channels.

Job Summary

As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll help grow and sustain our participant community by building awareness, strengthening relationships, and sharing the value of our services across the community. You’ll connect with referral sources, partners, and the public — inspiring trust, engagement, and commitment to our mission.

Schedule

First shift, full-time hours. Specific work hours will be established in consultation with your supervisor.

• Create and coordinate marketing materials, newsletters, and informational resources.
• Plan and support events, presentations, and community outreach activities.
• Coordinate media contacts and assist with news releases.
• Monitor marketing activities to ensure alignment with guidelines and standards.
• Track data, maintain reports, and support planning efforts.
• Manage marketing activities within an approved budget.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

• Experience creating and sharing information through print, digital, or in-person channels.
• Experience working with older adults is a plus, but training is available.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday.
• Able to sit, stand, walk, lift, and use hands as needed.
• Able to work under moderate pressure and meet deadlines.
• May involve travel, events, and community engagement activities.
