Job description

We're hiring a Marketing Coordinator. $70k–$90k. Longmont, CO.
About the role:

This is an in-person role for a Marketing Coordinator based in Longmont, CO. We're looking for someone with a solid marketing foundation who enjoys being in the middle of things through systems, implementation, and keeping things organized and consistent across a growing team.

You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager and content creators to build, launch, and maintain day-to-day marketing operations, maintain our digital presence, and support larger campaigns. This role centers around digital execution, workflow management, and operational support, and it's a great fit for someone who actually enjoys that side of marketing.

We're a small but growing team, and this role has room to grow with it, including expanded responsibility for the right person. We're looking for someone who follows through without being asked and wants to shape how a marketing department runs, someone who feels dangerous in Canva and even more comfortable building a solid workflow.

What You'll Do
Digital Campaign Execution
  • Build and maintain landing pages for marketing initiatives
  • Develop and manage email and SMS nurture sequences
  • Create workflows and automation to support lead nurturing and campaign follow-up
  • Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting
Content and Copy
  • Copyedit website content and online listings for clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency
  • Coordinate with content creators to maintain consistency across platforms
  • Draft and publish blog content aligned with the digital marketing strategy
Brand & Operations
  • Manage branding materials, uniforms, and branded merchandise, including inventory, ordering, and stocking
  • Respond to Google reviews in a timely, on-brand way
  • Coordinate events, including logistics and promotional support
  • Manage listings and postings across job sites and marketing platforms
Qualifications

3+ years of professional marketing experience

Proven experience building landing pages and managing digital campaigns

CRM or marketing automation platform experience

Familiarity with email/SMS marketing best practices, workflows, and automation tools

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Demonstrated ability to build or improve marketing systems and workflows, not just work within them

Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines independently

Clear written communication skills

Preferred (not required)
  • Experience with Asana for project and workflow management
  • Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) for CRM, automation, and campaign management
  • Campaign reporting and performance tracking
  • A creative eye or background in design, content, or brand, especially if paired with strong organizational instincts
  • Vendor coordination or production support
  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher- Equivalent combination of experience, certifications, or demonstrated skills considered
Growth & Development

One of our company values is "Grow Every Day" and we mean it. We expect this role to grow as you evolve with us. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, executes consistently, and is ready to take on more responsibility as our marketing and company grow.

  • Performance-based bonus potential up to $10,000
  • 120 hours PTO annually
  • Retirement plan eligibility after one year
  • Health insurance is not currently part of our benefits package. We believe in being transparent about that upfront so you can make the right decision for yourself.
