Job description

LINE Partners is seeking a creative, resourceful, and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to lead and execute marketing efforts across the company. This role will own the day-to-day marketing function for LINE Partners, supporting our brokerage, property management, maintenance, company brand, culture, and business development initiatives. We’re looking for someone who can see the big picture while also getting the work done. The right person can build a social media strategy, write compelling copy, create a property flyer, develop an email campaign, coordinate photography, and figure out a solution when there isn’t an obvious playbook. This is a hands‑on role for someone who is creative, organized, proactive, and comfortable taking an idea from concept through execution.
