Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales or administrative experience; hospitality/health care sales is a plus
• A 4-year college degree with at least 2 years of related experience or a 2-year college degree with at least 4 years of related experience
• Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks
• Must have a valid driver's license in the applicable state
• Willing to take a TB test prior to employment

Responsibilities

• Support prospective families with the move-in process, creating a "Wow" experience
• Conduct tours of the community with prospective families and close sales for new resident move-ins
• Plan and execute community and family events
• Record all sales activity in the CRM (Yardi)
• Build relationships with sister communities to encourage referrals
• Attend daily/weekly/monthly meetings and other management functions
• Understand operations, nursing and care to communicate effectively with families during move-ins
• Deliver service excellence in the customer experience with current residents
• Maintain professional relationships and open communication with internal departments
• Assist with model room and respite room setups
• Travel as needed for outside sales calls and industry events

Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a Marketing Coordinator. The Marketing Coordinator role will the support the Marketing Director as well as participate in the overall sales and marketing efforts for Aegis Living Lodge community. The intention is to achieve optimal census and revenue targets through the following sales related activities: creating a "Wow" move-in experience for new residents, conducting sales tours when necessary, planning community events, engagement with existing residents and tracking sales activities. Marketing Coordinators should have a strong desire to grow their career in sales and strive to move into the Marketing Director role.

Responsibilities

Job Duties & Functions:

• Support prospective families with the move-in process, creating a "Wow" experience
• Conduct tours of the community with prospective families with the ability to close the sale resulting in new resident move-ins
• Execute various community events and family events both inside and outside of the community
• Record all sales activity within the CRM tool (Yardi)
• Develop strong relationships with sister communities to encourage referral activities
• Attend and/or conduct daily/weekly/monthly meetings and any other functions required by management
• Develop a full working knowledge of operations, nursing and care in the community, with the ability to articulate to families during the move-in process
• Deliver service excellence throughout the perspective customer experience as well as ongoing with existing residents
• Maintains professional working relationship and promotes open lines of communications to achieve initiatives with other internal departments
• Assist with model room and respite room setups
• Travel as necessary for outside sales calls, industry events

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

• At least 1 year of sales or administrative experience, experience working in a service-related industry desired, experience working in hospitality sales and/or health care sales is a plus
• A 4-year college degree and at least 2 years of related experience; or a 2-year college degree and at least 4 years of related experience
• Must possess highly developed verbal and written communication skills
• Must be proficient in general computer knowledge, primarily with Microsoft Office products and various CRM tools
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks, strong organizational and presentations skills
• Must have a valid driver's license in the applicable state
• Must be willing to take a 2-step TB test
