The Marketing Coordinator plays an important role in supporting the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives across the department. This role helps keep projects moving, content polished and materials on brand while providing thoughtful coordination and support across campaigns, internal communications and marketing operations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented and energized by the opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative team.

The position is full-time, with a hybrid in-office and work-from-home schedule. Our office is located in our corporate headquarters in the Addison/Farmers Branch area in DFW.

OVERVIEW

Reporting to the Sr. Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, drive member acquisition and elevate the member experience. This is a coordinator-level, individual contributor role focused on bringing ideas to life through strong organization, clear communication and dependable follow-through.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Support the Sr. Marketing Manager in drafting, editing and proofreading marketing copy and collateral for campaigns, emails, push notifications, print materials and internal communications.
• Help maintain a consistent and engaging brand voice across external and internal marketing materials.
• Coordinate and distribute monthly internal presale marketing calendars to help teams stay informed and aligned.
• Schedule and maintain in-gym digital display content, review personal trainer content and update breakroom screens as needed.
• Support internal communications requests and help organize content and supporting materials for cross-functional teams.
• Audit online listings on a regular basis to help ensure accuracy, consistency and a strong brand presence across platforms.
• Assist with creating QR codes, UTMs and tracking links to support campaign execution and organization.
• Provide general department support, including project tracking, timeline updates and asset organization across marketing initiatives.
• Jump in on additional support tasks as needed based on team priorities and business needs.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, coordination or a related role.
• Brings strong written and verbal communication skills and takes pride in delivering polished, high-quality work.
• Is highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities with confidence.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting a variety of projects and initiatives.
• Can work independently on assigned tasks while collaborating closely with the broader team.
• Is proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Has experience with marketing tools, content platforms or link-tracking tools, or is eager to learn.
• Has a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Has a genuine interest in health, fitness or lifestyle brands.
• Brings a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills and a team-first mindset that reflects the EōS culture.
