ASAP is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to drive brand messaging and campaigns across digital, social, email, and internal communications. You will collaborate with the Marketing & Communications Manager to develop plans that engage customers, build brand awareness, and generate leads and growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience with proven track record in marketing communications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Hootsuite, Canva, Constant Contact and related tools.

Responsibilities

  • Write, edit, and proofread marketing communications.
  • Create content for email campaigns, newsletters, social media, digital campaigns, sales collateral and internal communications.
  • Write and manage social media content across LinkedIn, Facebook and other platforms.
  • Support email marketing campaigns and newsletters via Constant Contact and CRM.
  • Collaborate with web partners on updates, analytics, and SEO-aligned content.
  • Develop graphics and marketing assets using Adobe Suite and Canva.
  • Assist with events, webinars, conferences, and lead tracking.

The Marketing Coordinator is a hands-on marketing professional who helps bring the ASAP brand, products, services, and mission to life across digital, social, email, and internal communications.Working closely with the Marketing & Communications Manager, this position supports the development and execution of marketing initiatives designed to increase customer engagement, drive brand awareness and contribute to delivering leads, sales, and overall company growth.This is a highly collaborative role that touches nearly every part of the organization. The Marketing Coordinator will help create content, manage campaigns, support social media, maintain website content, assist with marketing analytics, support online learning catalogs and ensure that both external and internal communications are accurate, professional, and on brand.The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator and organized, creative problem solver—someone who can move comfortably from composing and sending marketing emails, to drafting and scheduling social media content, to generating reports, to ensuring automated and AI workflows are delivering leads as they should.You don't need to be an expert in everything. You do need to be driven, adaptable, detail-oriented, willing to learn, and comfortable getting things done independently.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSMarketing & BrandDeeply understand the ASAP brand and ensure ASAP communications consistently reflect the company's voice, mission, values, and visual identity.Support the development and execution of strategic marketing plans and campaigns.Help translate both B2C and B2B business goals into clear, engaging marketing communications.Support marketing initiatives across ASAP's business segments, including B2C (consumer/direct contract), B2B (contracted) and Provider (SAP network).Maintain and update marketing materials to ensure information, branding, products, services, and messaging remain current and click-worthy.Research industry trends, marketing trends, and competitor activity and present opportunities to supervisors and leadership regarding how ASAP can remain an industry leader.Monitor competitor marketing, advertising, messaging, and promotional strategies.Assist with special marketing initiatives, campaigns, and company growth projects.Content & CommunicationsWrite, edit, and proofread marketing and business communications.Create content for:Email campaigns/newslettersSocial mediaDigital campaignsSales collateralInternal communicationsTurn complex information and processes into clear, engaging, easy-to-understand communications for our clients and business partnersMaintain a consistent tone and message across internal and external communications.Identify opportunities to repurpose content across multiple channels to maximize marketing impact.Digital Marketing & Social MediaManage and support ASAP's social media presence across platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant channels.Develop, schedule, and publish social media content.Monitor engagement, reviews, comments, and customer feedback.Support social media reputation management and respond or escalate issues appropriately.Use Hootsuite and other digital marketing tools to manage content and reporting.Assist with email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and communications using platforms such as Constant Contact and the ASAP CRM.Support digital marketing campaigns from planning through execution and reporting.Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.Website & Digital ContentCollaborate with external website and technology partners on website updates, functionality, and projects such as chatbots and marketing automationsAssist with website reporting and analytics.Ensure digital content remains accurate, current, professional, and aligned with SEO and brand objectives.Identify opportunities to improve website content, usability, and customer engagement.Graphic Design & Brand AssetsCreate and update external marketing materials, , digital graphics, email campaigns and social media assets.Support the development of PowerPoint presentations and executive/business development materials.Create graphics and marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.Occasionally assist with exhibit graphics, booth materials, signage, promotional materials, and company swag.Note: This is a marketing position with strong graphic design and visual creative responsibilities; it is not a graphic design position.Events Conference & Trade ShowsCoordinate marketing support for conferences, trade shows, webinars, speaking engagements, and other company events.Support ASAP employees attending or participating in conferences and industry events.Manage exhibit materials, booth inventory, promotional materials, and shipping logistics.Coordinate booth supplies, collateral, signage, and promotional items.Maintain an organized inventory of event and marketing materials.Assist with pre-event promotion and post-event marketing follow-up.Support statistical reporting and lead tracking related to events.Reporting, Analytics & Budget SupportAssist with tracking and reporting marketing performance and campaign results.Maintain Excel spreadsheets, dashboards, reports, and marketing tracking tools.Pull and organize data to support strategic planning and business decisions.Monitor marketing activity and identify trends and opportunities.Assist with reporting on social media, email, website, campaigns, events, and other marketing initiatives.Support marketing budget tracking and reporting.Assist with vendor invoices, project costs, and budget-related activities.Help leadership understand what marketing activities are working and where opportunities exist for improvement.Culture & Team ContributionModel ASAP's AIMs in daily work.Be a collaborative, dependable, and positive member of the organization.Communicate effectively with internal teams, leadership, vendors, and external partners.Bring ideas forward and actively participate in improving how the organization communicates and markets its services.Be willing to learn new technologies, platforms, and processes.Take ownership of projects from beginning to completion.Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity in all work.Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or related field or equivalent, preferred.qualifications/skillsMinimum 2-3 years’ experience with proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing communications materials. Background in digital marketing strategy and platforms.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Organization is important as we work with multiple internal and external clients and partners.Detail oriented, organizational and time management skills to maintain and complete multiple priorities simultaneously, within designated deadlines.Ability to distill key elements to effectively communicate marketing goals.Able and willing to work in a fast-paced work environment.Problem solving and decision-making skills to identify and prioritize projects and solve problems both collaboratively and independently.Proficient in using Adobe Suite (InDesign and Illustrator), (Not a full-time graphic design position), Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, One Note and Excel) Constant Contact, WordPress, Hootsuite, Canva and other Content Management Systems.A strong online portfolio with marketing collateral/creative samples.Proficient in WordPress to make edits and publish content if needed on occasion.Work Environment:This position is a remote position that performs work from the assigned home location.The job requires dedicated and uninterrupted time identical to the conditions of working in an office environment. Occasionally the remote position located Geographically close to the corporate office may report to the corporate office to attend meetings or team functions, depending on the geographical location to the corporate office.The content of information received and communicated contains confidential information, including PHI.
