Job summary

WorkGenius Group is seeking a Marketing Coordinator in Bolingbrook, IL to support digital activations and retail marketing for our Beauty Retail and E-commerce portfolio. You will help prepare event materials, track activation details, and assist with post-event documentation.

0–2 years of experience, a Bachelor's in Marketing or related field preferred but not required. Strong organization, Excel and PowerPoint skills, and the ability to coordinate with internal partners and brand contacts.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in retail, e-commerce, marketing, or a related field; internship experience welcome.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred but not required.
• Strong organization, follow-through, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with project management tools is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, adaptability with new systems, and comfort collaborating with internal partners and external brand contacts.
