The ideal candidate has 3+ years in the A/E/C field, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and AI tools, and excellent written and visual communication skills.
We are seeking a MARKETING COORDINATOR to join the team in our Bellevue office. This dynamic and enthusiastic team member will provide specialized support to the Marketing Team in the development of proposals, business development deliverables, publications, presentations, award submissions, and communications initiatives.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, capable of managing multiple fast-paced project deadlines simultaneously, and team-oriented, supporting other administrative team members across the firm.
Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This position is required to be onsite at least three days per week, and as needed for office, team, or employee meetings, at our location in Bellevue, WA.

The salary range for this position is $70,00.00-$77,000.00 depending on qualifications. Placement within this pay range will be determined by factors such as education, qualifications, project complexity and/or experience. The maximum is reserved for candidates who currently meet all job requirements.
