As a Marketing Coordinator, you will work with the Marketing Team, Business Development, and the Estimating Department on business development tasks with a strong emphasis on providing marketing support services.

Qualifications for this position:

  • Computer software proficiency; knowledge, skills, and experience with Adobe Creative Suite / Adobe Creative Cloud products (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) and the ability to go back and forth and merge content between Adobe and Microsoft software programs.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform experience, primarily Salesforce
  • Strong computer software skills with emphasis on Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Teams, WordPress proficiency
  • Mindfulness with layout, color, lighting, scale, proportion, etc.
  • Collaborator - work to ensure team goals are met or exceeded.
  • Positive can-do attitude: Desire to strive in a dynamic/constantly changing working environment.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong people skills

Desired Major/Experience:

  • A degree in Marketing/Business/Communications or related field is preferred.
  • Experience in marketing is a plus!
