  • Partner with the Deputy Head of Marketing & Creative Strategy Officer and agency teams to support campaign strategy and execution through effective content and creative deliverables.
  • Assist in planning, monitoring, and managing the annual marketing content budget.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance content development processes, improve speed to market, and support overall marketing performance.
  • Collaborate with vendors and agency partners to implement AI-supported content initiatives that strengthen visibility across search and emerging digital platforms.
  • Support the evaluation and onboarding of vendors and partnerships to advance content capabilities and expand brand reach.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure content is consistent, on-brand, and aligned with business priorities and audience needs.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

  • 4-6 years of progressive experience in content strategy and design, including demonstrated impact within complex or regulated environments; financial services experience strongly preferred.
  • Advanced expertise in marketing and design platforms, including Adobe, Figma, and Hootsuite, with the ability to shape platform strategy, governance, and enterprise adoption.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, drive cross-functional alignment, and support executive-level decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced environment while leading strategic initiatives aligned with broader organizational priorities.
