Job summary

You'll research local events, build relationships with schools and nonprofits, and support local promotions while collaborating with a dynamic team. Flexible schedule, full-time, in-office with occasional events.

Qualifications

• Experience creating social media content through work, internships, freelance projects, or personal accounts.
• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and basic content creation tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and appropriate auto insurance for business-related travel.
• Ability to travel throughout the Phoenix metro area.
• Availability for occasional evening and weekend events.
• Ability to work in outdoor environments, including Arizona summer conditions, while following safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Social Media & Content Creation: Capture and edit engaging photos and videos for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social platforms.
• Create fun, authentic content featuring our team, customers, and community involvement.
• Assist with social media calendars, captions, scheduling, and campaigns.
• Stay up to date on social media trends and bring fresh creative ideas to the team.
• Participate in Field Expert ride-alongs and community activities to capture content.
