Job summary

Targeted Talent in Washington, DC is seeking a Marketing and Sales Associate to identify target customers and markets, develop and implement regional marketing and sales strategies, and support the growth of the business. You will collect customer feedback, maintain sales records, forecast trends, prepare reports, and create content for social media, blogs, newsletters, case studies and other marketing materials.

Travel to events may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of related experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Canva or related software.

Responsibilities

• Identify target customers and markets; develop and implement regional marketing and sales strategies.
• Collects and compiles customer feedback for leadership review.
• Collects and maintains sales records to track marketing performance.
• Prepare and report results, status of accounts, and leads to the manager.
• Forecasts and analyzes sales trends, marketing strategies, and product performance; presents findings and recommendations.
• Develops and distributes materials related to sales, training, and marketing.
• Builds and maintains content for social media and other channels.
• Develops content for marketing initiatives like blogs, newsletters, case studies, white papers, etc.
• Supports events, digital marketing activities, marketing automation, and any other duties; travels as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
