What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Review marketing assets for compliance with legal, regulatory, and branding guidelines across various channels

What is Required (Qualifications)
  • College degree from an accredited institution (Business or Marketing preferred) or 5-7 years of professional experience in lieu of a degree
  • Minimum of 4 years in the Direct Marketing industry with experience in compliance/QA creative review
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, PDF Writer, and Excel
  • Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading skills
  • Project management experience with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple urgent requests
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Familiarity with consumer banking regulations (Reg Z, Reg E, UDAAP, Fair Lending, etc.)
  • Strong organization and follow-through skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing client needs and maintain composure under pressure
  • Experience in campaign execution and client relationship management
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
