Job summary

PIMCO in Austin, TX is seeking a Marketing Compliance Analyst to support the Legal & Compliance team in reviewing marketing materials and social media for regulatory and firm-policy compliance.

In this role you will monitor social channels, advise fast-moving marketing and sales teams, and collaborate with global partners to implement practical compliance solutions. A strong communication style and relevant FINRA credentials are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance, or economics preferred.
• FINRA Series 7 and 24 (firm-sponsored; study time supported).
• Prior compliance experience in investment management or financial services is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Social media monitoring for regulatory compliance and policy.
• Review marketing materials for regulatory and firm policy adherence.
• Assist in applying compliance requirements across advisory and distribution activities.
