Responsibilities

• Develop, edit, and publish website content and newsletters for scientific audiences.
• Create branded graphics and digital assets aligned with Penn State standards.
• Plan campaigns promoting Working Groups, fellowships, internships, and events.
• Translate complex science into accessible messaging across NCEMS initiatives.
• Maintain websites, contact lists, and engagement metrics; monitor and improve performance.
• Coordinate outreach and events with researchers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Prepare leadership communications and meeting materials.
• Supervise student staff supporting communications and events.
