Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Marketing Communications, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience with graphic design (designing for print and digital), Canva, Photoshop, and WordPress or other CMS.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and associated tools.
• Experience with marketing event coordination, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Content creation: Develop targeted and engaging content for channels including social media, website, email campaigns, collateral, and events.
• Campaign management: Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across channels.
• Social media management: Create and schedule posts, engage followers, monitor analytics.
• Market analysis: Research market trends, competitor activity, and target demographics.
• Brand consistency: Ensure materials align with brand guidelines across all channels.
• Collaboration: Plan and execute marketing initiatives with stakeholders.
• Reporting and analysis: Track campaign performance and provide insights.
