Job summary

TPC Sugarloaf, part of the TPC Network, is looking for a Marketing Communications Assistant to oversee and quantify all areas of member communication. You will work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing to design, distribute communications, and maintain club websites and printed materials.

The role requires 1–2 years in marketing/communication, proficiency with Windows-based Office tools, and social media posting experience. Some travel and flexible hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education; college degree preferred.
• 1–2 years marketing/communication experience.
• Proficient in Windows-based Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Design and distribute member communications in coordination with Sales & Marketing.
• Maintain member/club websites and create on-site printed materials.
• Coordinate with HQ Support and PGA TOUR Creative Services on campaigns and e-newsletters.
• Oversee daily coordination and updates of all member communications.
• Provide monthly marketing analytics for member communications and campaigns.
• Manage posters, flyers, and club calendar distribution.
