Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Marketing Communications Rep to join a global team on a hybrid schedule based in Milwaukee or Mayfield Heights. You will review, activate, and amplify pre-sales content and support sales enablement collateral.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 1+ year in the industrial automation environment, strong project-management skills, and familiarity with marketing tools and social media.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; BA/BS in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in the industrial automation environment or related field.
• Ability to manage projects and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
• Understanding of marketing, social media, events, and digital marketing.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; we will not sponsor visas.

Responsibilities

• Review, edit, and activate content in blogs, web copy, eBooks, brochures, infographics, and social channels.
• Project management: coordinate deliverables, track progress, and ensure brand alignment within deadlines and budgets.
