Job summary

Nashville Public Radio is seeking a marketing/communications associate to join our investor relations team. You will lead outbound investor communications and collaborate with investment professionals to distill complex portfolio developments into clear materials for sophisticated investors.

You will manage production timelines and coordinate inputs from legal, compliance and operations to ensure accuracy and timely delivery, while maintaining consistent messaging across investor touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of investor relations or financial communications experience at a leading investment manager or related firm.
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading with attention to detail.
• Ability to distill complex financial topics for sophisticated audiences.
• Experience leading RFP, RFI and DDQ responses.
• Strong project management skills with multiple workstreams and tight deadlines.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client seeks a marketing/communications associate to join the team. Job responsibilities include:

• Lead the development of outbound investor communications including quarterly client letters, market commentaries, fund updates, request for proposal ("RFP") responses, ad hoc analyses and other investor-facing materials.


• Partner with investment professionals to distill complex portfolio developments and investment themes into clear, concise written communications appropriate for sophisticated investor audiences.


• Manage production timelines for recurring communications, coordinating inputs from investment, legal, compliance and operations teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.


• Develop and maintain consistency in the firm's messaging across all written materials and investor touchpoints.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 4 or more years of investor relations or financial communications experience at a leading investment manager, alternative asset manager, private equity or growth equity firm, family office, endowment, fund-of-funds or strategy consulting firm.


• Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills with rigorous attention to detail; prior experience producing polished, client-ready materials is essential.


• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex financial and investment topics to sophisticated audiences.


• Experience leading RFP, RFI and due diligence questionnaire ("DDQ") responses.


• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines.
