As a member of the Advancement Team, and reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications, the Marketing & Communications Manager (MCM) propels Kingsley’s mission by engaging internal and external audiences with dynamic content that illustrates our unique value proposition and amplifies our brand. This person will partner with clients across the School, including Advancement, Admissions, Auxiliary, and Academic Programs. This role requires a highly organized self-starter who identifies opportunities and proposes solutions. The Assistant Director of MCM will coordinate our communications, amplify our message, contribute to team brainstorming, and ensure data accuracy across channels. Uphold Kingsley brand, image, and the components of our style guide.
Kingsley is committed to equitable compensation for all faculty. Faculty salaries are determined based on an experience-based step scale, ensuring fair pay for those with similar teaching experience. Salaries for full-time teachers typically range from $60,000 to $78,000.
