You will contribute to real projects that support a premier cultural institution while gaining valuable experience in integrated marketing communications.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in accredited college or university.
• Pursuing Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Digital Media or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Self-driven and able to work independently when needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; familiar with Canva and Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Assist with press releases and media advisories.
• Research media contacts and maintain media lists.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare reports.
• Draft social media content and content calendars.
• Write website copy, newsletters, blogs, and promotions.
• Coordinate photography and videography during events.
• Support campaigns for exhibits, events, and fundraising initiatives.
• Research community partnerships and audience trends.
