Job summary

U.S. Engineering is seeking a Marketing & Communications Intern to help tell our story to internal and external audiences. You’ll gain hands-on experience across corporate communications, content development, graphic design, digital marketing, events, and brand management.

You’ll work with a team that values creativity, curiosity, and attention to detail and report to the Marketing Manager. This internship offers exposure to real projects used across the company and a chance to learn by doing in

Qualifications

• Creative, curious, and detail oriented
• Strong communication skills and ability to juggle multiple assignments and deadlines
• Junior or senior pursuing a bachelor’s in marketing, communications, or related field

Responsibilities

• Serve as communications lead for the summer intern group’s community project.
• Research U.S. Engineering projects and help tell their stories on the website and in proposals.
• Interview team members and subject-matter experts to develop stories about people, projects, and the company.
• Develop written and visual content for website, social media, intranet, internal newsletter, and other communications.
• Assist with graphic design and development of marketing and communications materials.
• Help coordinate internal and external events.
• Help apply brand standards consistently across communications and marketing materials.
• Gain hands-on video production experience in offices, jobsites, and manufacturing facilities.
