Monin Gourmet Flavorings in Clearwater, FL is seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to support CSR initiatives, community partnerships, and employee engagement through compelling storytelling and cross-functional collaboration.

The role involves coordinating events, content creation, and partnerships with internal teams and external partners to amplify brand impact in communities and media outreach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field.
• 1–3 years in marketing, CSR, nonprofit, or event coordination.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Canva or Adobe Creative Suite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage CSR initiatives, community partnerships, volunteer programs, and related events.
• Serve as primary writer/editor for internal communications (Monin Connect) supporting CSR across channels.
• Support media relations by drafting press materials and coordinating with PR agency.
• Coordinate relationships with nonprofit partners and internal stakeholders for engagement initiatives.
• Maintain project plans, budgets, KPIs, and reporting for CSR programs and audits.
• Provide administrative support to ensure successful CSR and community engagement initiatives.
