Responsibilities

• Receive requests and frame projects, add to tracker, document resources.
• Document progress and maintain promotional item inventory.
• Create and manage SharePoint site with templates and resources.
• Post latest graphics and branding materials across the system.
• Update dashboards showing marketing progress and results.
• Coordinate team calendars and meeting agendas.
• Arrange photo/video shoots and coordinate schedules.
• Support on-site needs for internal communications and events.
• Organize team recognitions and maintain printing options.
