Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred
• Experience - 3+ years office experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite preferred
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Customer service orientation and professional demeanor

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute marketing and communication initiatives
• Edit promotional materials using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Maintain and update social media sites
• Maintain media contact lists and track coverage
• Distribute approved messages to internal stakeholders
• Support events, webinars, and other promotional activities
• Maintain community partnerships, sponsorship activations, health fairs
• Collect and compile feedback from events or campaigns to improve future initiatives
• Coordinate with staff and vendors for promotional item stocking
