Job summary

San Jose Conservation Corps is seeking a Marketing & Communications Associate to manage social media campaigns, create content, and support communications across departments. The role offers in-person work at our San Jose location with occasional travel to partner sites.

You will produce blogs, newsletters, and visual assets while collaborating with teams to tell our story and recruit participants and donors.

Responsibilities

• Create and launch social media campaigns.
• Create weekly and monthly calendars to promote company brands across platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, X, LinkedIn).
• Publish written content such as blogs, website copy, and formal email communications.
• Perform routine website edits, page design, and maintenance.
• Create graphic designs such as flyers, infographics, photos, event materials.
• Create and send an external monthly newsletter.
• Track social media performance and engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability.
• Gather pictures and videos from all departments and events.
• Create captivating stories to motivate future corpsmembers and donors.
• Conduct interviews and testimonials from program.
