Job summary

College of DuPage seeks a Marketing & Communications Assistant (student worker) to support digital marketing, event planning, and campaign reporting. Hours are flexible and may include events outside regular hours.

You will help create emails in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, text messages in Signal Vine, and promote campus events to diverse audiences while gaining hands-on marketing experience at COD.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Enrolled in at least 6 credit hours for Fall/Spring semester.
• GPA 2.0 or above; waiver for first semester.
• Federal Work Study eligibility may apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist Marketing and Creative Services with digital marketing and advertising.
• Assist in planning, coordinating and promoting campus events.
• Produce campaign reports and assist with advertising promotions.
• Create marketing emails in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Create and send marketing text messages in Signal Vine.
• Promote campus events and communications to internal and external audiences.
• Maintain image database with keywording for photography and graphics.
