A global investment education organization seeks a Marketing Cloud Lead to guide the development of marketing automation solutions. This role will oversee Marketing specialists and developers, define best practices, and collaborate with product stakeholders for the Marketing Cloud platform. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of Marketing Cloud experience, including amp script and data modeling expertise. A flexible work environment with periodic travel requirements is offered.

The Marketing Cloud Lead is a member of the IT delivery function at CFA Institute and serves as the platform lead for the Marketing Cloud platform. The role provides guidance and oversight to Marketing specialists and developers through all phases of the software development lifecycle to deliver and maintain solutions which leverage best methods and practices for creating marketing automations. The role also involves collaborating with the product owners to shape the road map for the Marketing Cloud platform.
The position may be 100% remote but must be available for periodic travel to CFA offices in Charlottesville, Washington, DC, or New York City and reports to the Salesforce Platform Owner.

In compliance with wage transparency laws in many of the jurisdictions in which we recruit, we provide the following information regarding compensation for this position: Expected salary range: $115,000 - $190,000 per year. All salary ranges are subject to adjustment based on experience, education, and other factors relevant to the position. Additional benefits include eligibility for an annual incentive bonus, a 12% employer contribution to a 401(k) or pension plan, and a comprehensive medical benefits package.
