Job summary

Visual Filmworks, a Chicago-based video production studio, is seeking a Marketing & Client Outreach Coordinator. The role focuses on outbound outreach, relationship building, and content scheduling to grow Visual Filmworks and Bella Tiamo Films.

You will manage weekly video outreach, craft engaging social captions, and track lead progression, with hands-on responsibilities in client communications and reporting. The position starts part-time with opportunity for full-time as experience grows.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly outbound outreach via video messages and cold emails.
• Batch schedule monthly content across Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile.
• Respond to new leads via email, phone, and social media; provide progress reports.
• Join discovery calls as needed.

Marketing & Client Outreach Coordinator

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for someone to help grow Visual Filmworks and Bella Tiamo Films through outbound client outreach and relationship building, with content scheduling and social engagement as a supporting part of the role. This is a hands-on role for someone who's comfortable on camera, not afraid to reach out to potential clients, and driven to book new business.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Outreach & Sales

• Weekly outbound outreach through video messages and cold emails


• Follow up on outreach replies and log new leads


• Identify and prospect potential new clients


• Nurture relationships with past clients


• Join discovery calls as needed

Content

• Batch schedule all platform content at the start of each month across Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile


• Draft Stories ideas for the month


• Write and adapt captions for each platform


• Post Stories twice a week


• Engage with our audience after posts go live

Admin

• Respond to new leads across email, phone, and social media


• Provide weekly reports on progress

COMPENSATION

• $15/hr, part-time to start
