Quality Talent Group in Morristown, NJ seeks an experienced Project Manager to coordinate strategic marketing initiatives and cross-brand programs. You will develop and maintain plans, track timelines, and ensure delivery aligns with business goals.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to identify obstacles, push campaigns forward, and implement marketing capabilities and processes that boost organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management, marketing operations, marketing capability programs, or related fields.
• Coordinate and execute cross-brand initiatives with project planning, timeline tracking and action item follow-up.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify challenges, remove roadblocks, and drive progress with campaign measurement plans.
• Support development and implementation of marketing capabilities, processes and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of strategic marketing initiatives and future enterprise programs.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and action trackers.
• Monitor progress against project objectives and escalated issues as needed.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolution with platform owners.
• Support agency governance and operational processes.
